Evander Kane offers some cold comments on the Kolesar fight.
Last night's game against the Golden Knights was a fight-filled high-energy game that saw the Oilers take advantage of a team not playing well and losing their cool quite quickly. One fight, in particular, could be seen as controversial as Evander Kane fought Golden Knights right winger Keegan Kolesar In which he threw numerous body shots against him.
After the game, Kane felt he needed people to understand what had happened and explained why. The Oilers ended up beating the Golden Knights 5-1, with the Golden Knights serving 64 minutes in penalties and the Oilers had 54 PIMS.
The Oilers are looking to take this win and head back home to Edmonton for games three and four knowing that the series is now tied one to one and they're right back in it. I expect this series to continue like this and these two Western Conference teams continue to build their rivalry.
