Anna Kane gets specific in her allegations against Evander
When the Edmonton Oilers had the ability to sign Evander Kane to a cheap deal, it came after he left the San Jose Sharks on sketchy terms - faking a vaccination card and failing to report to the team. It's been known through his career that Kane has some personal issues, and as usual lately, they're being publicized by his ex-wife Anna Kane.
Recently on her Instagram story, Anna repeated her story of calling Evander an abuser and holding her from seeing their child, while also dropping a big allegation that Evander is actively betting on his own games.
The specific allegation that Kane is betting on himself or Oilers games is a massive one, as if it was true, it would result in a potential year long suspension. However, it's likely an entirely baseless allegation, seeing as though the pair isn't together and the league would've already moved quickly on the situation.
With all his clear personal issues, Kane clearly doesn't let it affect his play on the ice. With 12 goals and 22 points in 29 games, Kane has been crucial to the offence and the success of the team. Dealing with a nagging injury lately, he's not entirely healthy, and hopefully the holiday break will allow him the time to fully rest up.
