BREAKING: Canadian Team's Coach to be Fired After a New Coach is Already Hired
The NHL is solely all business but sadly at times even the biggest hearts get crushed, and the next one to be broken is sadly Vancouver Canucks head coach Bruce Boudreau. The Canucks have had an awful season and are in need of change, whether it is the coaches fault or not Elliotte Friedman confirms a coaching change is happening.
Friedman has also stated former NHL player and coach Rick Tocchet will be returning to coaching, and is expected to be hired by the Vancouver Canucks.
Oddly enough, just hours after those reports dropped that Tocchet was linked to the Canucks, Rick Tocchet gave his four weeks notice to NHL TNT, a broadcasting panel where he currently works at.
Boudreau was asked about his job in the interview, and he got quite emotional, as seen below. It is quite sad that some are treated this way throughout the NHL, but as most would say it's all business.
