Over the past two seasons the NHL and their referees have begun cracking down on players who are notorious for embellishing or complaining constantly when they receive a penalty.

But some players seem to get away with it, including Tim Stutzle of the Ottawa Senators. During last night's game when the Senators played the Kraken, Stutzle put on an embellishing show after being stopped by Kraken forward Justin Schultz.

Schultz was seething as he received an interference call. Fortunately, it was killed off by the Seattle penalty killers.

Seattle went on to lose the game 2-0.

The NHL feels very strongly about embellishing and diving and has set up a grid for players to be penalized after every offence. If this was deemed embellishing by the NHL Stutzle would have received a warning. All funds go to the NHL Players Assistance Program.

With last night's antics, do you feel that Tim Stutzle is a diver or an embellisher and deserves a warning?
