The Edmonton Oilers are left in a tricky cap spot for this season; they only have $300,000 left, meaning that they cannot do anything unless they offload some pieces.
Philip Broberg was the 8th overall pick by the Oilers in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft. Broberg, being a healthy scratch on the defensive side, was on the ice for only 46 games last season and had 1 goal and 7 assists for 8 points. Philip also played in nine playoff games but didn't show up on the stat sheet.
Holland should look to rebuilding teams to trade Broberg, as he is only 22 years old. Of course, it'll be hard to trade a former first round pick from four years ago, however, Edmonton is in win-now mode and having someone taking up cap space and who isn't developing very well on your team when you're in a cap crunch doesn't make any sense.
