With a goal to make it 4-1, Denezhkin put Avtomobilist up over SKA St. Petersburg, until SKA came back to force a shootout.
Against the SKA St. Petersburg goalie, Denezhkin displayed slick stick-work and a nice backhand.
Despite his lack of frame, Denezhkin has been described as being a competitive player, and these clips illustrate this.
