With a loss to the Bruins in game 4, the Toronto Maple Leafs are on the verge of elimination again, having won only one playoff series in eight years.

During their last game, a heated argument broke out on the bench between the Leafs at stars. Matthews and Nylander seemed to be bickering with Mitch Marner, and Nylander looked to be saying Stop crying Bro, this isn't Junior.' Now, insider Chris Johnston is reporting that Nylander was actually mic'd up during the game.

»William Nylander was wearing a microphone on this night. I think it's fair to assume, given the sensitivity around that conversation, that we'll never hear that audio, but my goodness. What would that be worth if you could?»
-Chris Johnston

In this coming September, Amazon will a release a behind the scenes hockey show following 12 stars from around the league. Hopefully William Nylander is involved in the series, and the microphone audio gets leaked for us all to hear.

Now in other Leafs news, Auston Matthews was absent from practice today, and looks like he might actually miss the entirety of game 5 with the illness he's reportedly dealing with. In what could be the last game of the season, the Leafs will fight from what looks like a sure elimination without their best player.
