The reports keep surfacing of players and fans who are bitterly disappointed and angry but the Arizona Coyotes are moving to Salt Lake City. However, according to Frank Seravalli of the dailyfaceoff.com the narrative appears to be changing with a Coyotes player is pumped to be moving to the new city.

Moving to Utah will certainly improve their situation as they will be in the delta centre which was constructed in 1991. Home of the Utah Jazz and designed for hockey will be a major upgrade for the players, staff and management and it'll give new owner Ryan Smith credibility add a foothold into the NHL Board of Governors.

It's been a long saga for the Coyotes organization and NHL fans in Arizona as this franchise could never find its footing and stability as many owners have tried to make it work and have failed every time. It became apparent that time was running out for the coyotes in Arizona when they lost their bid for a new arena in Tempe AZ.

They were forced to make a deal with Arizona State University and play in Mullett Arena which has been deemed substandard by the NHLPA and many of the owners throughout the league.

With their final game being played against the Edmonton Oilers, according to Elliotte Friedman there will be a Board of Governors meeting on Thursday at 3:00 to approve the sale of the coyotes to Utah.
