Canadian hockey fans were shocked and stunned after Canadian singer Chantal Kreviazuk gave a terrible rendition of O Canada as the 4 Nation Faceoff Final were set to begin.

The singer started off the first few words strong but then botched the anthem several times as she continued to sing it. Canadian hockey fans had heard enough and decided to jump into the song and help finish it.

Boos reigned down from USA fans during the anthem

Debate was loud across the web when Canadians booed the Star Spangled Banner, and now boos were heard from American fans just moments ago when the Canadian National Anthem was sung.
No shortage of boos for «O, Canada,» which in short order was drowned out by visiting Canadian fans singing in Boston. Followed by a loud rendition of the «Star Spangled Banner.» Now let's play.

The stage has been set for several days as both countries continued to trade shots and chirps to one another ready for this moment.
Fans were buzzing all around Boston, TD Gardens, and in many cities in Canada and the United States as it's been many years since both countries clashed in a finals.

Injuries could be a factor in the finals

Prior to the game beginning, Team Canada announced that defenseman Josh Morrissey was unable to play due to illness. This was the case in game of Canada vs America as Cale Makar was out. Thomas Harley has stepped in to replace him.
At the end of the day, it's great that international best on best hockey is back. Hockey fans have craved this level of hockey again.
