Fan fights have been a bit of a problem for the Edmonton Oilers at home games this year. At yesterday's playoff watch party in the moss pit, the trend continued.

In a video shared by YegWave, a few fans at the watch party split into a circle while others fought in the middle. Take a look below.

A few fans were really going at each other in the open space while a few others rushed in to help try to break it up. It's one of many instances this year that fans have been way too raucous at Oilers games, causing trouble with fights around the arena.

These outdoor watch parties in the Moss Pit are truly awesome to see, and almost represents the peak of passionate Oilers fans. Unfortunately, these few fans who intend on causing trouble just bring down the experience for everyone else, and it was a big problem in last year's playoffs too. Fans need to relax, and just leave the fighting to the players on the ice.

It was still a fantastic night for the Oilers, who took an early commanding lead on the Kings and never quite allowed them back into the game. It was a dominant performance by the Oilers to take the 1-0 series lead, and they'll look to take advantage of home ice advantage once more on Wednesday night.
