50 Cent Makes Hilarious Comment Regarding Connor McDavid
Curtis James Jackson the 3rd, known to the world as 50 Cent, spent some time in Edmonton while preparing for his concert as part of his Final Lap tour. Before his performance on September 11th, he decided to explore the halls and other areas of Rogers Place.
During his tour, he came across several photos that caught his eye, particularly one of Connor McDavid in black and white.
After admiring the photos, he jokingly expressed his strong liking for them and instructed one of his friends to pack them up to take with him.
Setting jokes aside, there is hope that McDavid and the Oilers will have another photo this year, possibly with the Stanley Cup.
There is a sense of unfinished business, but the team, under the leadership of General Manager Ken Holland, has decided to bring back twenty of the 23 players from last year's roster. Oil Country will have the opportunity to see them attempt another run with the same crew.
The first Oilers preseason game is scheduled for Sunday, September 24th, where the home team will face the Winnipeg Jets. The game will kick off at 4:00 PM Mountain Time.
