It's been a very disappointing season to say the least for for the Vancouver Canucks. This off-season Canucks General Manager Patrik Allvin would tell the Canucks fans he believed the Canucks had the right players here to be competitive, and compete for a playoff spot.
Unfortunately the Canucks in all likely hood won't be seeing the playoffs this season sitting 6th in the Pacific Division with a 18-23-3 record the Canucks are going to be sellers at the trade deadline.
Unfortunately for Canucks fans one of those players that will almost certainly be traded is their best player and captain Bo Horvat. The Canucks had don't have the cap space space to make a deal with Horvat who's a pending ufa this summer.
The Canucks had to make a decision between Horvat and teammate Jt Miller and the Canucks decided to to give Miller the Money. However this could be a blessing for Horvat because according to Jimmy Murphy of "Vancouver Now" the top team in the NHL the Boston Bruins are very interested in acquiring Horvat's services ahead of the NHL trade deadline March 3rd.
If the Bruins manage to acquire Horvat they have to be 100% the odds on favorite to win the Stanley Cup if they aren't already.
