Connor McDavid Praises The City is Edmonton at the Juno Awards
The Edmonton Oilers had an off-day after their loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs on the 11th.
The superstar center showed up to the Juno Awards tonight to present.
McDavid will be the one inducting Canada's own Nickelback into the Canadian Music Hall Of Fame tonight. Here he recounts his and his father's favorite music from the legendary band.
During his presentation, the crowd chanted "MVP" in Edmonton as he could barely get through a sentence, you can really tell how much the city loves him and vice-versa.
After tonight, however, the campaign will continue and like Nickelback, McDavid will look to solidify his place in Edmonton Oilers' history, as they look to make it past round two this season.
If he and the team deliver a Cup, it could easily place him among the top 5 in Edmonton Oilers' history.
