Florida Panthers Ban Canadian Fans From Playoff Games
As the 2nd round of the NHL playoffs approaches, fans are making arrangements for their trips including buying tickets and booking hotel rooms.
However, Canadian fans may face challenges in purchasing tickets if they plan to travel to Florida.
Today, the Florida Panthers organization made an announcement regarding ticket sales. Only American fans will be able to purchase tickets. Unfortunately, if you're a Maple Leafs fan and don't live in Florida or an American zip code, you won't be able to purchase tickets.
«FLA Live Arena is located in Sunrise, Florida. Sales to this event will be restricted to residents of the United States. Residency will be based on credit card billing address. Orders by residents outside of the United States will be canceled without notice and refunds given,» the notice read.
It appears that the Panthers organization may not be interested in selling out, but in my opinion, they never sold out their arena anyways.
May the sunset on the Panthers playoff hopes.
