World Juniors Player Gets Into Rude Altercation With Young Fans
This is the most special timeof the year for hockey fans for many reasons, the Holidays, the World Juniors, which always start in December, and other occasions. Young, gifted athletes have the honour of competing and representing their nation in the race for a gold medal.
It came as a great surprise when Team Slovakia upset Team USA 6-3 in their battle yesterday because the Americans were the obvious favourites.
The Americans' frustrations started to rise as time was running out. In the final moments, chaos would break out. A Slovakian player who severely cross-checked an American player in the face was then ejected from the game.
It was rather amusing what came next.
The Slovakian player appears to have handed the American fan his stick on the way out before snatching it out of his hands, saying something, and rushing off to his own locker room as he was being ejected from the game.
Regardless of his intentions, they didn't seem too friendly.
