Stars Pete Deboer rips into reporter during after game press conference
Dallas Stars head coach Pete deBoer was incensed and ripped into a reporter that made a statement that angered the coach.
According to DeBoer, it was the first time the reporter was seen in the scrum and after his disrespectful comment it set him off and even dropped the F bomb at the end.
«You haven't been around all year, I haven't seen you here all yearyou know, you go ahead and write whatever the f*** you want.»
The Stars have been put on the brink of elimination by the Oilers as they won Game 5 by a score of 3-1. This down puts the Oilers up 3-2 in the series as they head home to try to close it out. The Oilers were the better team in this game as they outshot the stars 26-20 and had two power play goals where the stars had none.
One of the bigger takeaways from the stars was the turnovers as they had eight turnovers compared to the Oilers 4.
With the Stars showing that they were in full control of this series it's clear now the Oilers have flipped the script around and they now have the Stars at the brink.
Game six will be held on Sunday June 2nd and game time will be at 8:30 PM eastern.
