Worst National Anthem ever happens before All Star festivities
Tonight, MLB is holding the home run derby, one of the most popular aspects of All Star Weekend in baseball. On the biggest stage, every fan in attendance was distracted by the worst national anthem in history.
Every sports fan has seen an incident of a singer making a mistake or even butchering an anthem completely, but this one will be competing for one of the worst performances of the anthem ever. The singer had absolutely no rhythm, feel, tried improvising the structure, and wasn't even able to hit the notes. Players on the field were seen openly laughing at the awful anthem.
Before an event as big as the home run derby, maybe the singer was struck by a bout of nerves before the performance. Unfortunately for her, this will be one that will be replayed on the internet for years to come.

It's obviously not a hockey moment, but a good butchering of the national anthem is a moment every sports fan can relate to - and this one may take the cake for the worst ever for a long time. Maybe, whoever this singer is needs to consider a career change.
