This evening the Edmonton Oilers are finally going to be able to get a trusted member of their bottom six back into the lineup.

There is going to be a lot of help needed for the Oilers against the Carolina Hurricanes tonight, and the team can finally fill out their fourth line with Mattias Janmark.

As Janmark has been out on a long-term injured reserve for quite some time, he will be returning to the lineup tonight against the Canes.

So far this season, Janmark has played just seven games for the Edmonton Oilers this season due to a shoulder injury that has kept him out since October 26th.

Forward Mattias Janmark has been activated from LTIR.

During the 2022-2023 season, Janmark played 66 games with the Edmonton Oilers, and he put up decent numbers with ten goals and fifteen assists for 25 points in 66 games.

Janmark is back. We have been saved.

He would also play briefly in the AHL with the Bakersfield Condors posting 2 goals and 2 assists for 4 points.
