Tonight's game between the Edmonton Oilers and the Vegas Golden Knights is expected to be quite a showdown.

It's the first time these two teams are facing off since the Golden Knights knocked out the Oilers in Game 6 of the second round of the 2023 NHL Playoffs. Keep an eye out for Vegas defenseman Alex Pietrangelo, who caused a stir by slashing Leon Draisaitl's hands in Game 4 of that playoff series. Pietrangelo got a one-game suspension for it but came back to play against Edmonton in the deciding game. The Oilers didn't do much to retaliate against him, except for Draisaitl pretending to slash him after a whistle.

Draisaitl didn't seem too happy with Pietrangelo in the handshake line after the series ended, keeping it short and pulling his hand away quickly. As they hit the ice tonight, there's a chance things might get a bit heated, making this game even more interesting to watch.
