Putting on a good show during a fight is always important for any hockey player as every person in the arena has their eyes set on you as you battle with your opponent while trying not to make a fool of yourself.
That certainly wasn't the case last night when 6'7» Jets Logan Stanley was quite embarrassed when he fought the smaller Wild defenseman Jake Middleton.
Jason Brough of Sportsnet 650 managed to catch the moment when the much taller Stanley gave one of the best acting jobs I have ever seen as he gave the impression he was smashed in the face when Middleton's hands were nowhere near his cheeks.
This acting caused him to lose his balance and gave Middleton the upper hand with some good right hooks making quick work of him to wrestle Stanley to the ice.
Stanley certainly gives a new meaning to the word embellishment when watching that replay.
In the end the Jets got the last laugh as their team won 6-3.
