Kraken forward Tanev goes crazy with right hooks in wild fight
In last night's game between the Seattle Kraken and Vancouver Canucks, hockey fans were treated to one of the best fights we've seen in recent memory, at least for one side of it. Seattle forward Brandon Tanev squared off with Canucks forward Connor Garland, and Tanev was clearly incensed.
Connor Garland isn't much of a fighter, and he ended up pretty much turtling to get through this fight. Tanev caught him low early on, and then continued to pound him with devastating repeating right hooks. Garland had nearly no defence, and as soon as he tried to fight back, Tanev threw him to the ice.
Seeing Tanev's repeated rights into Garland may be one of the best fighting moments of this season this year. It seemed to spark his team as well, as the Seattle Kraken moved to a dominating 5-2 win over the Canucks.
