Despite an Oilers loss McDavid impressed in playoffs this past season
Connor McDavid continued to show the NHL and its fan base why he is the best in the business. He continued with his scoring ability and overall dominance when he wants to take charge of a game.
The Oilers fought for their playoff lives as they played Game 6 against the Vegas Golden Knights and were down three to two in the series.
After the first intermission with a 2 to 1 lead McDavid had 20 points in 12 playoff games, making him the first player to record 20 points this postseason. He acurrently holds 4th in most points before 50 career playoff games holding 75 while his teammate and fellow superstar Leon Draisaitl is at 77.
The Oilers couldnt force a Game 7 which this series was been one of the most animated and tough series to watch. Numerous players had fights, fines and suspensions for various plays they've done against one another, each team is fighting for every inch of the ice.
