The Edmonton Oilers were criticized for years for not being able to develop players, after getting a bunch of top draft picks.
Things have turned around the past few seasons with the Oilers having a solid team and players have been developing better in their AHL affiliate team, the Bakersfield Condors, including goaltender Stuart Skinner for example.
