Two Major Leagues working on agreement that will totally change hockey in North America

The CHL and NCAA are in serious talks about letting players go across leagues when their time is up. So, if you're a senior in the NCAA and you're projected to go undrafted or whatever the case may be, you'd be allowed to enter the CHL, and vice versa.
This is really exciting because it allows players who don't have a lot of exposure to go get some and hopefully fulfill their dream of playing in the NHL. Even if you're on an AHL team, you're still part of the league and can always get called up to the big leagues.
This is a move that is long overdue and both sides should benefit from this. But the people who are benefiting from this the most are the players, and that should be #1 priority.
