Kings make puzzling starting goalie decision after Oilers own game one

The first game between the Edmonton Oilers and Los Angeles Kings wasn't particularly close. The Oilers scored 4 straight to open the game, and it felt over from there, especially for Kings goalie Cam Talbot.
The Kings ended up battling back a bit, but there was never a serious threat as the Oilers added 3 more goals past Talbot. The former Oiler goaltender didn't have a strong showing at all, and still, the Kings will start him once again tonight in game 2.
The Kings won't change their lineup at all, and are betting on the veteran Talbot being able to bounce back from the rough showing. Not all the goals against were his fault - frankly the Oilers just dominated early on - but allowing seven against will never win a game. Oilers fans in the arena didn't go easy on their former goalie, and were sarcastically chanting his name all night.
The Kings have somewhat of a serviceable backup in David Rittch, who the Oilers know well from his days with the Calgary Flames. Betting on their veteran goalie who was the best throughout the season, the Kings are going to come out desperate for a win tonight. To take a 2-0 series lead, the Oilers are going to need to match the Kings' intensity, and get to Cam Talbot once again.
