Edmonton Oilers Reveal Update on Evander Kane's Injury: Broken Ribs?
It's been a very frustrating year for Edmonton Oilers forward Evander Kane. The 31-year-old is very important when he's in the lineup.
That's the only thing, Kane has only been able to play in 24 games this season putting up 10 goals, and 9 assists. Kane has been out of the lineup since February 17th Saturday Oilers General Manager Ken Holland would give us a update:
"Kane will join the team on its upcoming road trip and begin skating Saturday, according to general manager Ken Holland.
Holland also said that he expects Kane could return to the Oilers' lineup as early as Thursday against the Boston Bruins, and that his return will be no later than March 14 when the Oilers take on the Ottawa Senators."

If the Oilers are going to have a long playoff run they're going to need everyone healthy including Kane who's a big part of the Oilers offence.
*Update from one week ago that states it is his ribs that are healing..
